– T.S. Eliot  Little Gidding

The Buddha’s teachings on simplicity provide an essential component for living a life of contentment and freedom.  In this retreat we will gather together and explore the many facets of this teaching through the practice of continuous mindfulness meditation in silence throughout the day—in sitting and walking meditation. The retreat will be held mostly in silence. There will be optional discussion times to discuss the experiential meditative approaches that will be offered throughout the retreat. This retreat is designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
